iHerb Customer Reviews
Gives a good protection for me personally throughout the day, but the 'natura' Tea tree odour is not nearly as nice as the tea tree essential oils I've used for other purposes. This smells more like an industrial cleaner. Not a very refined smell to have on oneself. YMMV.
You will notice many of the 'natural' or 'organic' products which have no aluminum chlorohydrate, aluminum zirconium tetrachlorohydrex gly or any aluminum compounds still contain any number of the following chemicals which are BAD FOR YOU. Propylene glycol, Silica, Parabens (methyl, ethyl, propyl, benzyl and butyl), Triclosan, Talc, Steareth-n. Instead choose deodorants with ingredients like vegetable glycerin, natural preservatives like bioflavanoids and lichen, herbs or herbal extracts, de-ionized water or distilled water, green tea, aloe vera, baking soda and essential oils. A word of caution: Plant extracts listed on labels can already contain parabens and propylene glycol. These do not have to be listed on the label. Very few herbs supplied to manufacturers are free of parabens or other synthetic preservatives unless they are extracted in vegetable glycerine. To make sure that the products you buy are healthy and free of these harmful chemicals, call the deodorant manufacturer and ask them for detailed information. Dr. Christine H. So much nicer than other tea tree deodorants I have used

The bonus is that it's got no propylene glycol in it, which many stick deodorants do. It's very light in fragrance, compared to other tea tree roll on deodorants, and effective too.

Feels quite dry, difficult to apply.
Does not itch, but doesn't work either.

I have delicate underarm skin and many deodorants have caused it to itch. I have bought this hoping that it would solve the problem, and indeed, it doesn't cause any itching. Unfortunately, it doesn't work against the sweating OR the smell of sweat (I am aware this isn't an antiprespirant, but it doesn't work as deodorant, either). I ended up asking around and buying Lidl's Cien brand mineral roll-on antiprespirant (the one with green cap), which doesn't irritate my skin, and works excellently well.

Ran out of the deodorant we bought at Whole Foods before moving out to Asia so I was looking for another natural deodorant for my husband. Came across this one and my husband enjoys using it. He doesn't like unnatural scents or deodorants that leave a white residue so he liked this one. Would buy again!
