Not my favorite Kashi (the berry crisp is the best) because it is slightly less flavorsome, it still tastes pretty good! I like to add some vanilla protein powder to my milk, add this cereal and then top with a banana and it is the perfect combination! Only downside to this (apart from slightly bland taste) is the sugar content is still fairly high (but much better than regular cereals! It also has many other benefits like complex carbs and protein)
