More for Your Heart
At Kashi, we're concerned that coronary heart disease takes so many lives each year in the U.S. and we wanted to do something about it. That's why we created Heart to Heart cereal with more heart healthy ingredients. It makes taking care of your heart easy and enjoyable!
Helps Reduce Cholesterol
Since high cholesterol is a major risk factor for heart disease, each serving of Heart to Heart has 1 g of soluble fiber that combines with water during digestion to help remove cholesterol. In a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, 3 grams of soluble fiber daily from whole grain oats may reduce the risk of heart disease.
Helps Support Healthy Arteries
Your heart needs healthy arteries to deliver oxygen and vital nutrition to your body. That's why we added nutrients to help fight free radicals and keep arteries healthy. Heart to Heart is high in antioxidant vitamins E, C and beta carotene. And, with 25 mg of grape seed extract, you're getting the antioxidant equivalent of eating nearly a pound of grapes! Extracts from green tea (100 mg) and white tea (50 mg), rich in polyphenols, are also potent antioxidants. Plus you'll get 100% DV for heart healthy vitamins B6, B12 and folic acid.
Helps Promote Healthy Blood Pressure
High blood pressure is another major risk factor for heart disease. Sodium is important to the body, but a high sodium diet is associated with hypertension. Heart to Heart is low in sodium and may reduce the risk of high blood pressure as part of a low sodium diet.
From Our Heart to Yours
At Kashi, The Seven Whole Grain Company, we believe everyone has the power to make positive, healthy lifestyle changes. So far 20 years it's been our mission to provide great tasting, all natural whole grain foods to help you live longer and live well. When it comes to your heart, eating healthy often means giving up to taste. But with honey toasted Heart to Heart cereal, you'll savor every spoonful knowing that it tastes good and it's good for you. Lightly sweet and crunchy. Heart to Heart is made from whole grain oats and our unique blend of Seven Whole Grains & Sesame. It's low in fat with 5 grams of fiber, too.
With More for Your Heart
The heart of the matter is that we believe there's more to heart health than lowering cholesterol. Although we made Heart to Heart with cholesterol-reducing soluble oat fiber, we didn't stop there. We added more heart healthy ingredients to help promote healthy arteries and healthy blood pressure.
Develop Heart Healthy Habits
A nutritious diet and regular exercise can dramatically reduce your risk of heart disease. Stress management and emotional balance are also important to your well-being. Work with a physician to create your heart health plan.

iHerb Customer Reviews
I bought this after seen good reviews from other sites. It's taste good as i like the crunchiness and not too sweet which i believe it'll go well with skim milk or unsweetness soy milk! The cons is it smell like dog food! Will try other kashi cereal products and hope iherb will mark down the price more so that i can order more kashi products!
If you like a crunchy oat cereal, you can't beat this. The touch of honey is just right. I add walnuts and/or berries and really look forward to my breakfast. My chlorestoral has gone done over the last year. I think a lot of that has to do with eating this oat cereal.
