The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

Stove Top Recipe (For Best Results)
For Chicken Korma: Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet and saute 14 oz diced chicken pieces for about 5 minutes on high. Add 1 jar (12.2 oz) of Kitchens of India Hyderabadi Korma Sauce, bring to boil and then simmer covered with occasional stirring until chicken is cooked, about 35-40 minutes. Add water during cooking if required.
For Vegetable Korma: Boil 3 cups (16 oz) of cut mixed vegetables (potatoes, beans, carrots and peas) in water for 10 minutes, drain and keep aside. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a skillet; add above vegetables and saute for 2-3 minutes on high. Add 1 jar (12.2 oz) of Kitchens of India Hyderabadi Korma Sauce, bring to boil and then simmer covered with occasional stirring until vegetables are cooked, about 15 minutes. If desired, add 1/4 cup (1.5 oz) paneer-cheese/tofu cubes and cook for additional 5 minutes. Add water during cooking if required.
Serving Suggestion: Serve hot with naan bread or steamed rice.

Will definately become a staple in my house. Now I can cook Indian from scratch !!! Very easy to use - just dump over whatever veges and rice or potatoes or whatever you have decided to make; heat and VOILA ! Indian food.
조금 진해서 저는 일반카레랑 섞어서 먹어도 될것 같아요. 이가격에 제대로된 카레맛을 느낄수 있어서 완전 좋네요~^^ 양파랑 다른 야채나ㅡ닭고기 넣고 하면 더 기가막힐듯 해요 ㅎㅎ
