Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw's Glycemic Control is available in the form of thick, quick-cooking flakes or flour.
The flakes make a great breakfast cereal, either alone or mixed with your favorite whole-grain, low-sugar cereal. They are also a wonderful addition to meat loaf, casseroles, turkey stuffing, and many other yummy foods.
Soluble fiber from foods such as Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw's Glycemic Control, as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease. A serving of Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw's Glycemic Control supplies 1.8 grams of the soluble fiber necessary per day to have this effect.
6 tablespoons per day, 2 with each meal. In the morning, stir 2 tablespoons of Glycemic Control flakes into a bowl of cereal (preferably high-protein, reduced-sugar), or 2 tablespoons of Glycemic Control flour into a glass of orange juice. At lunch, use 2 more, and at dinner, another 2, flakes or flour.

I actually eat this as cereal besides baking with it and adding it to protein shakes. I like the low carbs and the taste. . .I am working on getting my fiber up and this is a great way to do that also!!
