Suggested Use

Continuous use is required for full sexual function enhancement. For men, take 6 capsules all at once in the morning or as a split serving, 3 capsules in the morning and 3 in the evening. For women, take 4 capsules all at once in the morning or split 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. This will provide a total of 2 g of PLC, 2 g of ALC and 600 mg of lipoic acid daily or 1.33 g of PLC, 1.33 g of ALC and 400 mg of lipoic acid daily.
