Customer, April 01, 2007
From Wyoming
My son takes this for severe memory loss due to traumatic brain injuries he sustained almost 7 years ago. It was recommended by his Neurophyschologist and it definately has improved his memory. We have purchased this product from IHerb for a year now and the orders are always correct and promtply sent. Great service and a great product at a great price!

Best cognitive enhancer I've found, June 17, 2009
From Ohio
I've tried a lot of cognitive enhancers - huperzine, alpha-gpc, piracetam, vinpocitine, and so on. I use objective tests such as n-back, word memory, and record daily records of my general cognitive performance to determine which has the most effect. So far, I've found CDP Choline to be the most effective. I haven't tried other brands, and this one is more expensive than others. I plan on trying other brands but so far this one seems to work pretty well, and I'm reluctant to switch once I've found something that works.

Sharpens memory but can cause dependency , November 13, 2009
From Great Britain
I find CDP Choline indispensible and definitely does work, for me, as a memory enhancer. However the drawback is that after taking it for two years I find that even after a few days of not taking it my memory declines noticeably, so I suspect dependency develops over time. But having said that I feel if you have a condition that affects memory it is still worth using CDP Choline along with Vit E and tocotrienols, phosphatidylserine and resveratrol. That combination has proved for me, to be beneficial for memory enchancement.

Read about this in a magazine. Haven't noticed a tremendous difference but I will finish out the bottle
