Suggested Use
Read the entire label and follow the directions carefully prior to use.
Take one (1) capsule one to four times daily, preferably early in the day on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

This product contains NO milk, egg, fish, peanuts, crustacean shellfish (lobster, crab, shrimp), soybeans, tree nuts, wheat, yeast, gluten or corn. Contains NO sugar and no artificial sweeteners, flavors, colors or preservatives.
Warnings
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry place.
Caution: Based on animal research, those with epilepsy or a predisposition to brain seizures should not supplement with pregnenolone. Pregnenolone may affect hormone levels. Those with hormonal cancers such as prostate or breast cancer should avoid pregnenolone.
