Best quality on item EVERYONE should take,

It looked like the reviewer with a 1 star meant to put at least a four or so... But, I digress! LEF is a fantastic non-profit company dedicated to extending our life-spans. I am a member and greatly appreciate being able to call them with healthcare questions. The Omega-3s are essential to wellbeing. I notice mental clarity is improved when I take these - I will take between 1 and 6 softgels a day. They assist with my eyesight, mental focus, clear skin and heart health. I wouldn't want to live without it!

GREAT PRODUCT,

I have tried many Omega 3 products over the years. I recently began taking Life Extension products and am EXTREMELY impressed w/the immediate benefit I experience from their products. This is the best Omega-3 product I have used.

i started feeling better only 3 days after taking this product. i can actually think again LOL! i have more energy & recover better from exercise as well. I can even jog again after almost 10 years of my knees hurting too much from "silent inflammation" which this stuff & a proper diet do away with. it also has sesame lignans which is very important in keeping the D5D enzyme under control so that you dont have too much oxidation of the fish oil itself! Also this product is IFOS certified. If your fish oil is not on theire website testing list...DON'T TAKE IT.

An excellent poduct for M.E.,

This product is just vital for anyone with serious neurological or cardiac problems. If you have an illness like Myalgic Encephalomyelitis which involves BOTH, it is really essential. I can't recommend it highly enough for ME patients.

Good product at a fair price,

I take 2 caps twice per day and I managed to lower triglykeridia and raise HDL. LDL and total cholesterol are stil high, so I am going to try read yeast rice. Anyway, it is a good product at a fair price.
