Huge numbers of Americans take a multivitamin, but the potencies of the individual nutrients are usually so trivial that no health benefit is derived. The ultra-low cost of Two-Per-Day makes it one of the great bargains on the dietary supplement marketplace.
Life Extension's Two-Per-Day Formula now contains nicotinamide riboside. Naturally found in milk, nicotinamide riboside has been shown in studies to support mitochondrial health and promote pathways of longevity.
Two-Per-Day Tablets provide Crominex 3+, a highly stable and biologically active form of chromium blended with Capros Amla and PrimaVie Shilajit.1 When used as part of a healthy diet, chromium plays a vital role in maintaining healthy blood sugar levels in those within normal range. Two-Per-Day Tablets additionally contain alpha-lipoic acid, the universal antioxidant that helps boost glutathione levels already in normal range.
Life Extension's Two-Per-Day formula contains the form of vitamin D known as cholecalciferol (vitamin D3). It also contains bioactive forms of vitamin B2 and vitamin B6, zinc citrate and natural mixed tocopherols.
Compared to Centrum Silver Adults 50+, Two-Per-Day Tablets or Capsules provide about:
- 8 times more vitamin C
- 4 times more vitamin D
- 2 times more vitamin E
- 10 times more biotin
- 20 times more boron
- 4 times more selenium
- 25 times more vitamin B6
- 50 times more vitamin B1
- 12 times more vitamin B12
- More than twice as much niacin, zinc, and many other nutrients.
Two-Per-Day Tablets are an excellent choice for those seeking a premium-quality nutrient supplement that far surpasses off-the-shelf brands.

iHerb Customer Reviews
These vitamins are wonderful because they use forms that your body can use. They may not have a list of 75 separate ingredient's but what they do have has been helping me and I really like the amounts of the given vitamins. This brand is very well established which I was happy to find out. I highly recommend these as I've been feeling better since starting them!!! Now iherb is carrying a lot of their products. If you found this review helpful please click the 'yes' button to let me know :)
This multivitamin by Life Extension is mostly good and affordable. I like that they use good B12 and natural folate instead of folic acid. Also the B6 has some P-5-P in it which is the only bioavailable form of B6 (my doc says to be sure to get at least 25mg of it, but LifeExtension doesn't specify precisely how much of the good stuff is in it. Good that it has Boron! One disappointment is the Magnesium in the form of the cheap unabsorbable magnesium-oxide, which my doc says is poorly absorbed and is actually magnesium rust, better would have been chelated magnesium glysonate. Also K2 is missing, but you can't expect to get it all in a cheap multi. The family will alternate with our expensive MegaFood all natural vitamins.
