I just take one with a meal. I have tried so many enzymes up till now. this has the best combination and highest potent variety of enzymes in just one pill. I am very impressed with the quality.

Extrazyme makes eating beans possible!,

I love this product. Without it, I am not able to comfortably digest beans. And, as I follow Dr. Joel Fuhrman's wonderful Eat to Live program (from his book of the same title), I eat beans for their healthfulness. I've tried other digestive enzymes but these are the best, IMO.

Great for Digestion,

I purchased this product originally at a Health Food Store. I've had various types of "stomach" and other digestive problems over the years. Extrazyme-13 has settled so many of these little discomforts and in case I had forgotten, when I ran out, I started having the smae old problems again. I highly recommend it to anyone for overall digestive and liver support!
