Use only as directed. Vigorously mix one level scoop (39.1 g) of Life's Basics Plant Protein Mix with 5-Fruit Blend in approximately 8 fluid ounces of water or your beverage of choice. Best if served cold.

If you are working out hard and trying to build muscle, use some whey. If you want a good nutritional supplement then don’t use whey. This is a much better and more nutritionally complete product. I gave this a shot based on influence from Tony Gonzalez book “The All-Pro DIET”. I didn’t eliminate but cut way back on the meat by using this as a protein alternative. Now I’m a believer if pea, rice, and hemp protein. It feels better and I think it’s going to be healthier for me in the long run. By cutting back on food consumption, running a 40, 30, 30 diet balance ratio, cutting out bleached flower, logging my daily calorie consumption, and using this as a protein source, I lost 33.5 lbs in 3 months. It was also easy to stick with. I could not have done it nearly as easily without this product. Judging the way I feel after a meal, whey doesn’t even come close. My Cholesterol is down from 171 to 142 as well. I still have 26 more to lose and will continue to use this as a supplement to my nutrition indefinitely. Good alternative to meat products and much healthier.
This is by far the best protein powder that I have tested. I was looking for protein without whey and spy and this was suggested by a friend. Both my husband and I are hooked on it now and have it everyday for breakfast. I add half a banana, some blueberries and flax seed powder. Tastes great. I use only once scoop since that is enough protein for me.

No problem with this powder. Mixes well and tastes great. It makes you feel full and satisfied. I like it with water better and has a slight after taste which I don't mind. Try it you will like it.

I can't take this stuff - it's way too sweet and has a horrible bitter after taste, like some chemical concoction. I would be willing to try an unsweetened version (ie no xylitol and especially no stevia)if available because I'd love a non animal source of protein, but I will never buy this ghastly sweetened stuff again.

I thought the fruit blend would be a nice change to my daily breakfast protein drink but I find the vanilla just perfect and satisfying.

...way too sweet for my taste, especially when mixed with fruits in a smoothie. But Life Time protein is still one of the best dairy free protein powders. The vanilla and chocolate powders are the best!
