Best Vitamin D product on the market,

I was diagnosed with secondary hypoparathyroidism with a vitamin D deficiency, and my doctor told me to go to my nearest health food store to purchase vitamin D. I came across the Life Time Liquid D3, and I thought I would try a liquid form of the vitamin D. I had heard somewhere that liquids worked faster in your system than pills, so it seemed like it might be the better way to take it. Plus, the Life Time formula had no added calcium, it was a logical choice.
Because my blood levels of calcium and vitamin D were not normal, I was feeling run down, sleepy, and I just didn't feel well. Within 3 days, I was feeling much better. Within 2 weeks, I was very much improved. Although my blood levels are not within normal range yet, I know that I wouldn't have improved as quickly taking a vitamin D supplement in pill form.
This vitamin D supplement is in the cholecalciferol form, which is the best for quick absorbtion and is utilized best by the body, since the body doesn't have to break down the vitamin D any further. Be sure to use vitamin D3 if you have to take a vitamin D supplement.
This supplement is very easy to take as it tastes good. It doesn't have a "vitamin" taste to it. Be sure to shake the bottle well before each dose, and keep it refrigerated once you open the bottle.

Bought it for my girls, 3 and 6 during winter season...give them 2 tsps every morning and they love it, tastes like grape juice and colds have been averted.

Daughter loves the taste and asks for some of the yummy vitamines. We both got a cold the other day and took this product. our colds were gone in 2 days and it never moved into our chest.

This is great for kids!!! (and adults) I have 3 yr old twins and have read that vitamin D can possibly help us stay healthy this flu season. I give this kinda berry/grape tasing "juice" to the kids in a little medicine cup with a straw and so far we have not gotten sick since starting it and we have been exposed to sickness multiple times too! I ordered 12 bottles to get a greater discount and also knowing that we'd go through it quickly with four people taking it everyday. I will continue ordering this when we run out.
