This rice has the most amazing aroma. The taste is somewhat nutty. Great stuff! Delivered very quickly! Will definitely order again and will tell my kids about it.
Brown Basmati has a nice flavor. It does take about 50 minutes to cook. The grains are large and don't stick together. It is especially good cooked with a bouillon cube.

Really good! Love its aroma!

I mix this with black wild rice in my rice cooker and it comes out great! Goes great with chili or curry and stands well on its own. Just wish I could order a larger bag!

More chewy than ordinary rice

I love the California Brown Basmati Rice. It is much harder than the usual white rice but incredibly chewy and with a wonderful aroma. It also takes much longer to cook in the rice cooker than white rice, however seeing that health is my main priority I don't mind. I find white rice too light whereas this rice is also far more filling.
