iHerb Customer Reviews
My favorite Lydia's bar! Taste nice cacao, not too sweet, really nice to bring in my purse if bloodsugar runs low when youre out.
I really enjoy these bars- they are healthy and really give you a nice full feeling -I like them being so crunchy...

Good and practical snack. Easy to bring anywhere. A bit dry, only.
Has Agave Nectar -- worse than HFCS!

I love these things but won't purchase any again. Agave has a higher fructose content than even High Fructose Corn Syrup -- super bad. It also messes with liver function. This isn't recent or secret information. So the fact that a raw food company like Lydia's is still putting Agave in their products is *completely unethical*. Serious shame.
Crunchy and healthy
