Suggested Use

Blend 2 rounded tablespoons of MLO Vegetable Protein with 2 cups (16 oz) of soy milk or add to your favorite beverage. For best results mix with an electric blender. Add Vegetable Protein to cereal, salads, and during cooking or baking.
