Very good organic fruit
Very good organic fruit
I see some reviewers don't like the color -- color and softness come with sulfur dioxide and I avoid that at all costs. I love this brand of organic dried fruit -- needing color is a problem with overdiscrimination of the mind, not the fruit. I have tried them all, and I appreciate a company that will provide me with an organic apricot or raisin (etc.) at a reasonable cost, because they are normally very high in pesticides. I have overcome lupus by avoiding pesticides, chemicals and other means. So, hats off to Made in Nature, and iherb for stocking this brand.
We've had this brand of dried fruit before, and they did great figs. These apricots tasted seriously fermented, and must have been overripe or badly handled. I don't know if it is just this batch or all the time... but next time we'll order the figs instead.
I LOVE These Tasty Apricots!

I love dried apricots. I could eat these every day! These make a healthier snack for children too. I really appreciate that they are organic too.

I like dried fruits from this brand. But, apricots were too sweet.

I like all of Made in Nature's dried fruit basically as long as I know it is organic and safe for my family to eat I am happy. Usually they are fresh. I like tree ripened fruit when I can get it, so this is a plus. NO sprays, chemicals, pesticides thank goodness! The apricots are soft and moist and not very sweet. My husband does not like them though, he says they aren't sweet enough. I buy them to make raw organic fruit and nut bars and it works well. I also use them when I make organic deserts and everyone is happy :) When I have an urge for something sweet these make a nice snack mixed with Made in Natures Black Mission figs and dates. Love them!
