Use as directed

Insomnia: Rub two to three drops on forehead and under nose.

Sinus congestion: Pour four to six drops on a handkerchief and inhale. For an intense effect, apply below nose.

Headaches: Massage four to six drops onto forehead.

Colds: Pour 12 drops into steaming water and inhale.

Arthritis, Sprains, Backache: Massage a few drops directly onto affected area.
