This is a tasty bread that doesn't give you the wheat crash most breads do. It is excellent with nut butters, but here is how I eat it: crumble it up in a bowl, add a splash of olive oil, sesame oil, ghee or a combination, add a handful of raw macadamias or almonds, a sprinkle of chia seeds, a pinch of salt, and a nice dusting of cinnamon. Add banana or mixed berries if you want something really decadent (I used to do this but now eat fruit as a separate meal). I reserve one star because I am skeptical of the processing that the bread must undergo to achieve such a long shelf life - it's too good to be true, and thus can't achieve the 5-star rating that fresh bread does.

This bread might be "healthy" in some ways but it has a really high sodium content in my opinion and also it tasted terrible. Very dry and minimal flavor.
Love this bread

I thought I was buying healthy bread till I checked the sodium 700 mg for 2 slices. Will not buy it again because of the high sodium content.

I like the taste compared to the other types of this bread, it tastes less bitter and more like real bread. However it's extremely fragile and falls apart just getting it out of the packet. I'm not sure what I'm going to use it for since it fractures and breaks so easily even when you pick it up in a block.
