We love our kids!
Mt. Capra is ware that baby goats (kids) must utilize the postpartum colostrum from their mother to 'jump start' their own newly formed immune system. We have taken steps to allow the kids to have total access to their full need of colostrum.
Take 1,450 mg (1 heaping scoop) twice daily. Mix into favorite beverage, fruit smoothie, yogurt etc.
Goat milk colostrum, goat milk cream.
No chemicals or preservatives added.
If you are pregnant or nursing, check with your doctor.

iHerb Customer Reviews
It really depends on if you actually need this product or not. It can work if you truly suffer from low immunity, but if you are only suffering from infection/low immunity because of some other factor (candida, ibs, adrenals, etc) then it won't work long term which I found out until you eradicate the other issues. It worked a little in the beginning but quickly wore off. Also, while this is from goat (which is supposedly better then cow milk), they collect this colostrum within first 2 *days*. So just for comparisons sake I switched to a bovine colostrum collected in first 6-12 hours, and I could tell the difference in that it was stronger. But again, it just wasn't the product I needed so it didn't do much for me like I thought it would.
Don't bother buying colostrum in capsule form when you can simply eat a spoonful of the powder. This colostrum powder is so good, it tastes like candy.
Mt. Capra products are great and really like colostrum

I have been using this product for 2.5 months and it has boosted my endurance after exercise. (I have a history of CFDS so this is very important). I have started using it to improve resistance to colds and so far only my husband caught one in November, but I didn't get his. My cats love this too and one cat's skin itching has reduced from colostrum use -- I can tell as he has no deep scratches under his chin any longer after use for about two months. I recommend this product.
Super immune booster

My wife is in the middle of bronchitis and coughing. I usually catch these things since I am in her vicinity when when she is contagious. Thanks to Mt. CapraColostrum I am healthy to date. This product also tastes like candied milk. I love it. Wish it was a more economical price.
