iHerb Customer Reviews
Since Zico was sold out to the Coca-Cola company and they changed the pure product they had into a processed sludge of toxins, I have not been able to drink coconut water--until I found Naked brand! This one has 0 chemicals, nothing added not even the much dreaded GMO citric acid! (Citric acid comes from highly toxic genetically engineered corn and is possibly an obesogen and it's very hard to avoid!) Coconut water helps me replenish electrolytes. Due to life-threatening illness my body doesn't retain sodium or other electrolytes so I need to replenish constantly. My only negatives here are it's not cheap and it contains 3 times less sodium than the same size of Zico had! So I need to drink more or keep supplementing with baking soda and other electrolytes. Otherwise the taste is pretty good. Very refreshing. I don't like any added flavors either so I hope iHerb doubles up (or more) on their stock of these.
It taste good as far as bottled coconut water go. Not as good as the real thing, but still good!
