We invite you to try this Pasta Pisavera Dinner and see just how delicious eating gluten free can be. It's carefully made in a dedicated allergen free facility with the finest ingredients and just the right amount of TLC. .
You will need:
- 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cups any combination of fresh chopped zucchini, yellow squash, broccoli, green beans, red, yellow or green peppers or 2 cups frozen
- 'Normandy' style vegetable blend or similar, thawed
- Chopped herbs for garnish (optional)
Cooking Directions for Pasta Pisavera Dinner:
Step 1 - Add pasta to boiling, salted water. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until slightly al dente, (do not overcook). Drain and rinse with cool water.
Step 2 - Briefly saute vegetables in olive oil (2-3 minutes) in large skillet on medium heat with a pinch or two of seasoning. Keep vegetables crisp.
Step 3 - Add pasta and remainder of seasoning packet to taste. Cook for 1-2 minutes until warmed through. Garnish if you like and serve. Makes 4 servings.
You can add any number of things in Step 2 to make a new creation every time. Try adding a squeeze of lemon on top, garnish with sliced cherry tomatoes, fresh chopped parsley or basil or a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
Quick & Easy Side Dish:
Boil pasta as directed in Step 1. Drain and rinse with cool water. Set aside. Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil (more or less to taste) in pan. Add contents of seasoning packet (to taste) and drained pasta. Toss and voila!
Vegetable pasta (whole grain brown rice, spinach powder, tomato powder, carrot powder, water), tomato powder, italian seasoning (garlic onion, oregano, rosemary, thyme, basil, parsley, sage, marjoram), salt.

I keep this on hand for a fast pasta dish. I can't really tell if the flavors are more Mexican than Italian, but it is quite tasty. I never even think of the noodles as being gluten-free as their texture is great.
This pasta surprised me! I couldn't tell the noodles were gluten free--the taste and texture was like the pasta I ate growing up. The spices were well-balanced and not overly strong. I enjoyed it when I made it following the directions on the package, and I enjoyed it when I made it with the addition of diced chicken and green olives. Very versatile dish!
