Our own Jamaican jerk seasoning, Rasta Rub, captures the tropical vibrancy of the Caribbean by combining sweet allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg with savory thyme, onion, garlic and habanero chili peppers. Rub on ribs, pork roasts, chicken and shrimp. Use in any recipe calling for jerk seasoning.
How to Use: Rub 1 Tablespoon of Rasta Rub onto each pound of uncooked meat, poultry or fish. Add wet marinade ingredients such as oil or citrus juices. Season with salt, if desired. Grill, bake, roast or broil.
