Our own Jamaican jerk seasoning, Rasta Rub, captures the tropical vibrancy of the Caribbean by combining sweet allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg with savory thyme, onion, garlic and habanero chili peppers. Rub on ribs, pork roasts, chicken and shrimp. Use in any recipe calling for jerk seasoning.
How to Use: Rub 1 Tablespoon of Rasta Rub onto each pound of uncooked meat, poultry or fish. Add wet marinade ingredients such as oil or citrus juices. Season with salt, if desired. Grill, bake, roast or broil.

If you want to add spicy and a bit "exotic" taste on your grilled meat (tryed so far chicken, turkey and pork) this is a good choice. Not all of these kind of seasoning mixes are good with balance of the mixture, but this is in my opinion one of the rares to not be overpovered by one spice over others.
We use Jamaican Rub, on so many foods. when camping we've used it with eggs,stews,baked and fried potatoes.and all kinds of meat. It make's everything taste really good.
