Nantucket Off-Shore, Rasta Rub, Jamaican Seasoning for Grilling, 2.5 oz (71 g)14 Reviews
The length of time for the expiration date or "best used before" date depends on the type of product, as well as the brand.
Perishable items (such as flax oils or certain probiotics) generally have shorter expiration dates. Although our warehouse is fully air-conditioned, these more fragile items are put in cold storage (freezer or refrigeration unit) for maximum freshness.
Our receiving department does its best to verify and then enter the correct expiration dates for all incoming products. However, discrepancies do occur from time to time. This being said, the exceptionally high turnover at iHerb ensures that our inventory is among the freshest in the industry.

Our own Jamaican jerk seasoning, Rasta Rub, captures the tropical vibrancy of the Caribbean by combining sweet allspice, cinnamon and nutmeg with savory thyme, onion, garlic and habanero chili peppers. Rub on ribs, pork roasts, chicken and shrimp. Use in any recipe calling for jerk seasoning.
How to Use: Rub 1 Tablespoon of Rasta Rub onto each pound of uncooked meat, poultry or fish. Add wet marinade ingredients such as oil or citrus juices. Season with salt, if desired. Grill, bake, roast or broil.
Garlic, allspice, sugar, onion, pepper, cinnamon, habanero pepper, nutmeg, thyme, tarragon, turmeric, garlic oil & canola oil.

I've been using this on chicken breasts that have been brined in sugar, salt, and soy sauce. This is a really good rub, the mixture makes chicken incredibly delicious and spicy. In fact, out of the three Nantucket Off-shore rubs that I'd tried, this is by far and large the best.
