Good quality product, calcium citrate absorbs better than other calcium products. Will continue to buy. thanks
Calcium citrate is the preferred form, and you always need to balance magnesium with calcium. I ordered this because I've been focusing on getting my magnesium up for a few years now, and I think I might have gotten out of balance with calcium. I was getting calf cramps in the middle of the night, but they've stopped now. Also I read recent studies that say calcium is more important than ever for longevity.
