Great For Weight Loss!!!,

This herb is amazing! Even in Ayurvedic medicine, this herb is used for slimming, because it binds to lipids (fat) and the body eliminates it. I take it just after eating a croissant or small serving of lasagna and have been able to maintain my weight while eating all the foods I love. I also used it to lose over 20 pounds gradually over several months in addition to bitter melon (for maintaining steady glucose). All natural, non stimulant and great for overall health!

Natrol is so natural!,

Having found out that guggulu is an Indian herb used in the treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis, finding this product also lowers cholesterol as well is a bonus. I use this in conjuction with Natrol Cetylpure, Now Foods Boswellin capsules and Now Foods Celadrin cream (all supplied by iHerb.com) + a few other natural products. The complete package for anyone contemplating coming off most of those pharmaceutical drugs that do so much damage with their side effects. You also need to change your diet, too, but I only take a few NSAIDS now (aspirin, ibupfofen) as opposed to prednisone, humira, methotrexate, steroids and all those nasty drugs that medics seem to shell out without looking at the natural options available. Worth a try!

Gugulipid works,

In just 3 months Gugulipid brought my total cholesterol down 16 points along with avoiding high fat and partially hydrogenated oils in the foods I eat. Can't wait to see how the next 3 months go.
