I have suffered from FMS and CFS for about ten years now. I read about this and was very hopeful. I started taking 5mg for about a week but it was interfering with my sleep a little so I cut the pills in half and now take 2.5mg every morning. It does give me more energy and I feel more aware as well. Already ordered some more! Thanks!
