Natrol Oat Bran tablets are a convenient way to get the dietary fiber necessary for a healthy diet. Oat bran is a good source of dietary fiber, including soluble fiber. An adequate intake of soluble fiber supports heart health, but may be missing from many diets. Eating foods high in both soluble and insoluble fiber may support heart health.

Take 6 tablets, one time daily, with a meal. This product should be taken with an 8-oz. glass of water.
