Super fast melt,

It melts in 60 seconds or less. The melt seems a little creamy. I like this better than Jarrow's large sugary tablets and Country Life's tablets with silica. The tablet is small, only has a little lactose to sweeten, it's not excessively flavored and sweetened and has no silica, citric acid or sugar alcohol (although I don't mind sorbitol/mannitol if it's a very small amount).

These nice little pink pills dissolve easily. They turn into what feels like a extra very fine sand taste mildly nice, but not sugary or like they have many additives. They have a groove down the center in case you want to cut them in half... The do work very well. I didn't have the energy to get off the couch and change the channel on the tv or to open an close the curtains. It was terrible. I am also less grouchy, forgetful and miserable. I guess I can't live without supplemental b12. Why do I always sound like a commercial? :}

It Depends on whether you want a flavor,

I selected these because another reviewer said that they don't have the cherry flavoring like many other sub-linguals. I don't like the cherry flavor so I tried these and have been very satisfied. If you are used to your vitamins having a flavor, sucking on something with essentially no taste might take some getting used to.

I was looking for a good B12 for my closest friend who suffers anemia which is deficiency of b12. I decided this one by reading comments and ordered for her and myself and I can say one thing the result is very good. It really affects very fast and increase your energy. But supporting with folic acid is necessary. Good.

I was never a vitamin taker but as I get older, I realize I need more energy. My sister-in-law recommended B-12 and D. I've been taking them about 3 weeks now and notice quite a difference. My family has asked me to stop taking the vitamins because I put them to work as I work. It's great.
