I trust the Natural Factors label because it's made in Canada & thus receives rigorous oversight at every stage of production, from ingredients to handling to storage. Since CoQ10's required for energy conversion by every single cell in my body–particularly energy-intensive organs like the heart, brain & liver–this is a must for me. And I've noticed the difference. I have the energy of someone ten years my junior & look & feel great.

I have been using this Co Q10 for several years, and it has done away with the gum discomfort I had around a capped tooth. And it seems to have corrected my son's slight heart rythym problem.

I take statins for Chloresteral control.The side effects are muscle cramping. I reviewed this with my cartiologist and he agreed that I should take CQ10 100 to 200 mgs daily. I have been taking 100 mgs in the AM and 100 mgs in the pm. Believe me they work and I feel much better and have more energy.

Tons of Q10,

A little too much for me, changed to 30mg. I really felt a difference after taking these. Total mind change. Could not get drunk after taking these pills, No hang-over either. Woke up after 7 hours feeling great.
