The lower dosage seems to work for me. I tired a higher dosage and it upset my stomach. Also like the purity of the ingredients.
My Dad asked me to order these for him, as his doctor recommended. First of all, they were less expensive by about $8.00 over what he normally paid for them in the store, and at his last check-up, his doctor proclaimed a marked improvement in his health!

The spark of energy

The Coenzyme Q10 is involved in the basic energy production. Without cellular energy production, life in itself turns off. Many drugs used by the aging population brings down the Coenzyme-Q10 level with them. So the better the Q10 is delivered to the body, the more efficient the supplement works.

Coenzyme Q10 is an important part of the energy release process in cells. It is inhibited by the statin drugs and possibly others. The usefulness and suitable dosage is not on firm research ground at the moment. I have RA and decided to try it for a while and see if I feel better. It is too soon for a recommendation. No toleration issues noted.
