I discovered this in a health food store and it helped with my arthritus discomfort from the first day I started taking it. It seems to offer a lot of other great benefits but bringing the discomfort from my arthritus down to manageable levels was wonderful. Have almost eliminated other arthritus pain meds.
This site sells it for a more reasonable price than my health food store source.
