Wouldn't be without it,

My MD introduced me to RxOmega-3 Factors and iherb about a year ago. At that time, I could not sleep through the night, was experiencing extreme mood and personality changes, a severe depression/anxiety disorder and a list of physical problems a mile long. Thanks to my doctor and iherb, I am able to lead a more normal life- and my blood pressure went down 20 points. I urge anyone who is experiencing a sleep disorder, depression, mental confusion and fatigue, please try this. A teaspoon or 2 of fish oil cannot hurt you but sleep deprivation and depression can. I think this is the best product of its kind money can buy.

This product is excellent... they really managed to mask the taste so it's easy to take right from the bottle. You have to keep it in the fridge though - if you keep it in your medicine cabinet, it begins to taste more and more like fish oil after a week or so.

The balance is about 2:1, which I believe is ideal. I contacted the manufacturer regarding screening for contaminants, and they made enough official noise to make me believe that they do employ the highest independently controlled testing. When I asked why IFOSH didn't still rate them, they said their tests were the same. I believe them, obviously, because I take about 2Tbsp/day. Best deal I've found so far. Good/no flavor, also. But that's never bothered me.

This is the best omega-3 product I've tried. There is no fishy taste that I can detect. Also, if you compare it to other liquid omega-3 products, it is usually less expensive on a per mg (of actual omega-3) basis.

My 4yr old son prefers the taste of this to the other fish oil/EFA's he's tried (we've tried 2 other brands). He doesn't spit it out! And I like that it doesn't have any mercury in it.
