Best quality/price combination,

I've used this fish oil for over 2 years and had excellent results (better hair, better mood, more energy). Back when I was doing my research, I looked for 3 things: pharmaceutical grade, optimal EPA/DHA dosages, and price. This is the best supplement I found given those three factors... save yourself reading time and get this one. Hands down the best value out there.

Omega 3's are the best and this product is great at delivering them!,

When I read that this was the product used for most of the testing that was done on Omega 3's, I decided to try it. They are great! Now that I am older, I have multiple health problems but taking 6,000 mg of this every day has stopped all chest pains and decreased my joint pains. If it does these noticable things, what wonderful things must it be doing internally in silence?? I highly recommend everyone take Omega 3s unless you eat open ocean fish like Salmon, Mackeral, Sardines, etc every single day. Start out slowly taking one pill and then adding another and another until you see your negative symptoms begin to disappear. YOU'LL KNOW when you are taking enough everyday....you'll feel the difference!! Big food companies have destroyed our natural native way of eating and we all follow like sheep but at least taking this supplement will help reverse some of the bad aspects of our modern diets.

Aching joints,

I have type II diabetes and I believe that taking 4 capsules 2x a day has helped me to maintain an a1c of 6.1 for over a year! I also follow the guidelines of the Omega 3 Zone Diet.

This is definitely one of the better fish oils available. At 600mg of EPA + DHA per cap, this is more concentrated than the average product. The price is decent when you calculate the actual EPA+DHA per dollar.

Awesome for multiple health purposes,

I noticed an increase in my energy, mood, and mental clarity the first week that I took this. It seems to have helped my social anxiety and increased my confidence. I take it with Kira St John's Wort - 300 mg to improve my mood and PMS. PMS is now minimal. I also like the impact on cholesterol and promotion of cardiovascular health. I take 3-4 pills daily.
