I ordered this after researching on-line at various sites regarding the usage of this herb. I checked out prices, also. iHerb.com has the best price, and the product arrived quickly. Most importantly, this herb gives me more energy, raises libido, and does exactly what it is claimed to do. One side effect is supposedly insomnia if you take too much. That is also true. Follow the directions and it is amazing.

I am a 24-year-old female that takes birth control that drastically reduced my sex drive. Taking these herbs along with Damiana pills works wonders! It increases sex drive without nasty side effects.

Benefits were confirmed within 24 hours, after just 1 capsule. But warning! Dont take these too late in the day otherwise you may well be awake all night. Follow the directions which advise to take them at breakfast time. Dont take it in the afternoon or like me, you may have big trouble sleeping due to its CNS stimulating effects. Cheers
