Brush teeth thoroughly, after each meal or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist.
Calcium carbonate, glycerin, water, aloe barbadensis leaf juice, sodium lauroyl sarcosinate, xanthan gum, flavor (aroma)*, mentha viridis (spearmint) leaf oil, quillaja saponaria (soap bark) root extract, camellia sinensis (white tea) leaf extract, punica granatum (pomegranate) fruit extract, vaccinium macrocarpon (cranberry) fruit extract, vitis vinifera (grape) seed extract, zingiber officinale (ginger) root extract, sodium bicarbonate, calcium glycerophosphate, bisabolol.
Those two ingredients are bad for tooth enamel! I went and bought Uncle Harris toothpaste that is natural without added ingredients.
This has been a favorite brand of mine since going natural with toothpaste. I love the gel version but this paste is lightly minty and foams enough for even a hardcore transitional toothpaste user! Would recommend and absolutely buy again (and again).
2 out of 3 in my family hate it

I love the other natures gate products I've bought before but this one is a miss. I bought this because my toddler was interested in my tooth paste so I thought why not introduce her to a mint flavour. she hated it but she's 3 and loves and hates the same thing in a day. I moved it to my husbands bathroom when he ran out of tooth paste, he said it was awful. I'm now the only one who uses it, pretty much just to be rid of it. It's okay but I wouldn't buy it again my teeth feel 70% clean.
nice mint taste

***Want to find out how to save money, click "YES" and see MORE useful info by CLICKING ON MY NAME.*I have tried many natural toothpastes like Jason, Burt's Bee's, Tom's of Maine, Desert Essence, and so far out of all the ones I tried and liked this one I prefer the best. It cleans well and gives your mouth more freshness I feel than the others. You won't be disappointed! We have been buying natural, fluoride-free toothpastes for seven years and we have enjoyed this one. Pros: It has no fluoride and much more natural ingredients than mainstream toothpastes and even other natural brands. The mint flavor is understated and does not leave a burning sensation in your mouth, which is one of the reasons why our children prefer it. We have tried other natural toothpastes that do not foam at all, and I think those feel strange and are hard to use. This feels like normal toothpaste! Cons: I don't feel like this brand freshens my mouth as I would like...though our children don't like the "spicier" mint flavor of other toothpastes, my husband and I do, and this one just doesn't taste quite strong enough for us. But, that is absolutely a personal preference and NOT a slam on the product in any way. **If you find my review useful, click "YES" and see more useful info by clicking on my name.**
Natural and gentle tooth paste

Started using this as an alternative to toothsoap which was too expensive. Using non-fluoride tooth paste helped to reduce plague and tar tar surprisingly for the past 2 years have been to the dentist will minimal build-up issues. Not recommended for those that take alot of sugary and acidic food as the better evil is still fluoride to reduce teeth wear.
I tried hard to like it

But the texture is a bit runny and feels like a natural toothpaste. I did buy two tubes to give it a proper try but alas it is Jason toothpaste that works for me
