I have tried Now Adam with and without using bioperine, and I feel a rush when I take it with bioperine. You won't be dissapointed with this product.
This is supposed to potentiate curcumin and black cumin seed oil. Also, the half life of curcumin is said to be far less without this. Does it potentiate curcumin and black cumin seed oil? I dunno. I've never taken black cumin oil or curcumin alone. I've read many articles saying that bioperine should be taken, especially, with curcumin. I need the anti-inflammatory effects of black cumin oil or curcumin in an effort to decrease my ibuprofen intake. I am taking 200mg of ibuprofen twice a day. This is down from taking 200mg 4 times a day.
