don't know much about vitamins but,,,

my friend recommended to me and i'm fine with it, except the pills are extremely large-- i don't think i have seen any other pills bigger than this in my whole life. I still gag a few times if i dont fully get myself to swallow one of these.

I have used both the powder form and the capsule, both are very easy on the stomach. I can tell the difference immediately with this product concerning my energy level. If you don't eat healthy all the time, this is a great substitute, especially the powder for a boost in the morning.

I have found since taking the Multi Vitamin along with the B12 lozanges they have really increased my engery levels and in general the quality of my life.
