This item has been discontinued but Iherb has many similar items that are just as good!

Would be better if it was 100 mg. Too many pills to take. But it was a free sample so I can't complain. I like most of Nature's Way products, at least the ones without a lot of unnecessary fillers.
Too Little CoQ10, Too Much Vitamin E

To take enough CoQ10 (200mg), I got way too much Vitamin E with these tablets. It caused nosebleeds in my case. For many people, it would be better to get a CoQ10 product that doesn't contain extra Vitamin E, or at least one that doesn't include so much Vitamin E.

every little bit helps. the soft gel caps are absolutely the best for this. a great product.
