Thrilled With This Product!,

I have tried so many supplements for menopause symptoms (night sweats, hot flashes etc), none were noticeably effective until DIM - this really must balance good and bad estrogen - my symptoms have all but disappeared. I sleep almost through the night now and feel so much better! I started using the NOW Foods Natural Progesterone Calming Lavender Skin Cream at the same time - so it may be a combination of both that have relieved my symptoms. Oh and iHerbs service, selection and pricing is second to none! Sandi from Canada.

Good Stuff,

I am a 54 yr old male and I take this, as well as NOW's item #NOW-04729, for my prostate. I have had excellent results with this combo and recommend it everyone with an enlarged prostate situation. I have had complete relief.

I've been taking this product for years now after having read the studies on DIM for the relief of PMS. I continue to take it even now that I'm in menopause because it just makes me FEEL better. Honest. I wouldn't spend the money if it didn't work. I've tried other (cheaper) brands and always come back to Nature's Way as it is the most effective. iHerb has the best prices I've seen anywhere by the way!

Great Supplement!,

I was looking for a nutritional support for cervical health and to boost my immune system to normal my pap smear condition. I found loads of information on the goodness of DIM. I chose Nature's Way since I found so many good reviews on this product, so I was willing to give it a try.
I was also having pelvic pains three months ago. I started taking this supplement last month, the pain stopped within three days after taking this product!
My monthly period was usually heavy and comes with back pain and abs cramps, and I always have to take a pain-killer to ease the pains. This month the flow is average and I only feel light cramps that are bearable, and for once I don't have to take a pain-killer.
What a bonus! I only hope that this wonderful product could also ease tension headaches and headaches due to my falling esrogen levels due to my menstrual cycles.

I use this for estrogen dominance in conjunction with the progesterone cream. really notice a difference. Those extra pounds you can gain with too much estrogen seem to melt off when using this product.

In our environment we are overloaded with zeno estrogen`s in our food,water --everywhere.DIM is essential to rid the body of excess estrogen to prevent cancer -- fluid retention , This product has proved very successful in my practice.

Best Value Great Product,

I agree with the previous reviewer. This has really improved my cycle. Both my husband and I take this. I take 2 tablets and he takes 4 tablets daily with a meal that has some fat in it to aid the absorption of the DIM. This brand of DIM really works and iherb has the best price on this.
