This is simply the most amazing coconut oil in the world. it tastes so good you can drink it direct from a spoon, my daughter and i also use it on our skin and in our hair, and i saute almost everything in it as well. people comment on how great our food tastes, and best of all, contrary to the silly myth about saturated fats, my cholesterol has gone down nearly 10 points since i started using this with no other significant change to my diet. i recommend it to anyone who wants to make a change to their general health.

great for dry skin!,

this is fantastic for dry skin! I immediately rub it into my skin after I get out of the shower and top w/ Alba very emollient body lotion on the dryer areas (knees, elbows, etc), and my normally painfully dry, itchy winter skin feels silky smooth and hydrated all day. I bought a 16oz tub in january and as of may I'm now about 2/3 of the way through it, so it's very economical, plus I get to smell like a coconut :)

I did not realize how excellent the flavor was until I had to buy something else on hand at the local health store!!! It was NOT good. Nature's Way was the first coconut oil I tried as a supplement...good thing or I may not have continued using it in my diet...I feel GREAT and am noticing many health issued showing improvement after one jug!!! Don't try anything before you try this one!!!
