Health & longevity through the healing power of nature—that's what it means to Trust the Leaf.
Melatonin is formulated into an advanced delivery lozenge for rapid absorption. It contains no Vitamin B6, which can lead to nighttime restlessness when taken late in the day.
Our Melatonin lozenges are tested and produced to certified quality standards.
Adults take one lozenge daily. For best results, take just before bedtime. When traveling, lozenges may be taken at the expected bedtime in the new time zone. Continue for several days after arrival and upon return home. Half of a lozenge may be sufficient for some people.
Sorbitol, magnesium stearate, passion fruit flavor.

iHerb Customer Reviews
This product is excellent for kids and people in general who do not like to take pills. You just put it in your mouth and suck on it. It does not taste bad. This product helps with Jet Lag and several sleep disorders. Since melatonin is already in the body naturally I feel safe taking it.
I use melatonin frequently for difficulty falling asleep. This particular brand works much faster and more effectively than any other brand I've tried. I also occasionally give it to my children (ages 5 and 8) if they are having difficulty falling asleep (I give them less than a 1/4 of a lozenge) and BAM they are OUT in about 10 minutes. And the taste is pretty good. The sublingual lozenges work better (are more effective and work faster) than the chewable or pill form.
The easiest melatonin

There are lots of melatonin products out there, but I take a fair number of supplements, so prefer this one to be in the form of a lozenge. One of the things I like is that it's rounded, rather than having sharp edges for under the tongue. Sounds like a small thing, but if you're waiting for a lozenge to dissolve, you don't want it poking you under the tongue. I also like the price, availability (my grocery store carries it too, though at a higher price) and the taste is pleasant without being too much.
It works brilliantly

This is a lifesaver really if you suffer from chronic insomnia. 2.5 mg is a good dose for me and no grogginess in the morning. Love love.
what a difference

I've used sublingual melatonin for 3-4 years. While not a hardcore insomniac, I used to spend an awful lot of time tossing and turning. I tried regular melatonin with mixed results. I first tried sublingual as a free sample, not expecting much. Surprise! Felt drowsy within a few minutes and slept like a baby. It has continued to work, too. Simply allow a pleasant-tasting tablet to melt under your tongue, which takes about 5 minutes. By the time it's gone, I'm usually feeling sleepy. No daytime drowsiness or other bad effects. I believe that nutritional supplements saved my life. I've tried a lot of products, and I know what works and what doesn't. My reviews are honest, straighforward, and based on my experience. Read my other reviews to quickly learn from my three decades of research and experimentation.
