Miracle worker,

I have had consistent facial break outs for over 30 years, I knew it had something to do with my hormones but nothing I tried ever helped. It took a month or two, but it cleared up my skin completely!! A true miracle!!!

I will take this product until the day I die!! You know the old song, "You Make Me Feel Like a Natural Woman". It does! Straightens your period right out.( if you're 41y like me you know what I mean)It also helps keep other "girly parts" in excellent working order...your husbands will make sure you keep taking it!

Vitex for Estrogen Dominance/ Low Progesterone before using cream,

I haven't been able to lose weight even by lowering calorie intake to 800 a day and exercising 900 calories off a day. I took a blood and saliva test that showed very low progesterone at luteal phase (still menstruating). Before resorting to hormone creams I read about chasteberry and figured I'd try it first. I had NO PMS symptoms (after only using 2 weeks into my cycle). My cycle came on the 28th day (had been coming every 26 d for at least 3 years). My insomnia has subsided, labido increased- and HOPEFULLY the next step would be-- weight loss? I think the herb did wonders after just 1 tablet daily x 3weeks now. Iherb had a great deal and I would order from them again-

I've been taking this a couple weeks. I believe it helped stop my never-ending (3-week) period after one week of use. I don't know if it really contributed since it says it takes weeks to work, but I saw a difference nonetheless. I have not had any side effects or changes either. Hopefully this will help regulate my cycles for good.

I've been having irregular and painful periods since i was 12 years old; I had bloodwork done when i was 24 and was told the reason for my irregular periods and other problems such as facial hairgrowth, infertility, and acne is a condition i have called PCOS. I was put on birthcontrol until it nolonger worked then depo the same way. I started vitex 2-23-09 as directed (Nature's Way Vitex Fruit 400mg, Capsules ). I had my doubts for a minute because i didn't have a period at all after i started the vitex, but it finally came 7-06-09 and lasted 7 days my next period came 8-12-09 (38 days later) and lasted 6 days, so now i'm thinking that the months i didn't have a period the vitex was getting my reproductive system in order. I really think the vitex has finally gotten me on track.

Good balance,

Went off the pill and started taking these (2/day) the very next day. My face is still smooth and clear (unlike other times I have discontinued the pill) and my emotions and cycles have remained stable. All the benefits of the pill and we can try for a baby!

I've been regularly taking this along with the sarsaparilla (of the same brand) and i've been regular, and my past 2 cycles came to me by surprise; meaning i wasn't expecting them to be on time and i barely felt them coming. Definitely improved mood swings and felt less tired. I'll keep taking them for a few more months and see what happens. Quite happy for the price!
