I suffer from migraines and I take one of these pills daily. This is my second bottle, and I really do think it helps. It keeps my head or headaches at bay, on a steady basis. At least I think these pills are what are making me have fewer headaches. Must be taken over a period of time. Recommended.
My wife takes these whenever she gets a headache or feeling stressed out and says they work really well.
Good Even for Migraine

My mom has been having SERIOUS migraine for almost a decade. And she's was on strong prescription meds when it happens. I told her this Headache Take Care might not work since the box says "Not for migraine". She's been taking these anyway, everyday. And hadn't had a single serious migraine since! She did say there where couple dull/weak pains but they passed away quickly. I just ordered a third bottle. Thank you iHerb for carrying a wonderful product!
Kept me my Job!

I used to have bad headaches while under a lot of stress a couple of years ago. This product worked when ibuprofen (of which Iv'e taken a lot) wouldn't so I could make it to work on bad pain days. I used to live in Germany where pharmacists are trained in herbal preparations--makes a lot of sense to me. I haven't completely eliminated the stress nor am completely headache free, so am ordering more of this wonderful product--I notice the lavender causes mild relaxation.
Natural Headache Relief

The directions indicate to take these once a day for maximum relief, but I only take them when I actually have a headache. Sometimes they work but sometimes my headaches are too severe, especially if the cause of my headache is lack of sleep or excessive caffeine. But for the mild to moderate occasional headache, I think this product works.
