I combine this with high-intensity cardiovascular exercise, and find the health benefits to be very noticeable.

Excellent natural anti-inflammatory,
July 22, 2008
From Australia
I have suffered from a painful lower back problem for years, recently getting severely worse. Occasionally taken an NSAID but this is a natural anti-inflammatory that works! Only been taking it a week now and I don't have either the stiffness or the pain in my back, it's fantastic!

Excellent product.,
November 08, 2009
From California
I learned about nordic naturals from my veterinarian. She recommended the pet product for my dogs (which has been super), and I started taking the regular formula. After some research, I learned that this product offers the recommended daily dose of proper omega 3. It has worked very well for me.

I thought this was the Pro, but since it is cheaper I should have know. It is still a good product and I might continue using it just to save some $$.

Moderate fish burps,
January 22, 2008
From California
This product is not bad, but I get "fish burps". I've found that Carlson's bottled fish oil is the least fishy, and actually tastes pleasant, and doesn't cause "fish burps"!
