- #1 Natural Source of Pure Beta Carotene & Vitamin E
CocaPalm oil contains the highest concentration of vitamin E (70% tocotrienols). CocaPalm is nature's most abundant source of beta carotene—15 times more than carrots and 300 times more than tomatoes. CocaPalm is also a great source of medium-chain triglycerides, including lauric acid, a natural antiseptic.
Directions: Take one or two tablespoons daily. It's also a great topical rub for skin health. Ideal for a variety of preparations such as stir-fry, organic eggs, vegetables, and meats. Shake well before using.

This stuff is great - packed with Vitamin E - great for you skin. Use it with oils to make lotions. It's very orange though so can stain clothes
Not sure at all about this one

Texture and Taste is like eating crayons. Are they sure it does not need more refining? NO storage instructions. I put mine in the fridge and it started to go white and seemed to separate or something. Red Palm Oil is not something I am familiar with. Please put proper storage instruction on exotic items. Too heavy for me personally for everyday use, so not really a viable alternative for cooking etc. Definitely not for eating straight from the jar.
Not much to say
