Good dosage and good price,

Was advised to take this for mitochondrial support along with coq10 and d-ribose. This was the highest dose I could find in a tablet/capsule form, though I'd prefer 1g/tab if possible. I was taking the powder previously but I find tablets more convenient, even though it's a more expensive way to take it. One thing to bear in mind is that these tabs are quite large, but overall I'm v happy with them.

Order was received on time and in good condition. I have used this brand before and was delighted to get it at such a great price. I have been taking this for 3 months along with a healthy diet and have been able to lose 25 of the 35 pounds I wanted to lose. My next step will be to increase my exercise
