At least as good as Pamela's baking mix, if not better (and a lot cheaper). I used it all right away so I ordered some more.
We have mad cup cakes and muffins with this mix and both were delicious. the cup cakes we served for dessert at a dinner party where no-one was accustomed to eating GF (other than us) and everyone loved them... The mix is easy to use, flavorful, and healthy!

Have only baked biscuits with it and they were good.
Good pancakes with this.

I liked it.

Makes the best choc chip cookies. I use I/3 cup of sucanat and enough stevia to bring the sweetness up to equal 1/2 cup. I've also substituted coconut oil for a forth of the butter. Think I'll try for half of it (2 of the 4 tbspoons) next time.
Great for pancakes

This makes the best gluten free pancakes from a mix that I've tried.
