Bentonite clay is easy to mix with water and take but don't allow to come in contact with metal because it will de-ionize the clay's natural electrical charge. Works very well on its own or together with chlorella.
I found that a small container with a tight fitting lid works best to mix the clay with water. I shake it and then let it sit for a few minutes and shake it again. That way it completely dissolves and it easy to take. Tastes great too!

I use this with psylllium and other herbs for colon health. Seems to be of good quality. The label says it's not for long term use.
