Shake It to Take It!,
June 14, 2007
By
Kathy Fingalson
I found that a small container with a tight fitting lid works best to mix the clay with water. I shake it and then let it sit for a few minutes and shake it again. That way it completely dissolves and it easy to take. Tastes great too!

Effective detoxifier and mineraliser,

By

Bentonite clay is easy to mix with water and take but don't allow to come in contact with metal because it will de-ionize the clay's natural electrical charge. Works very well on its own or together with chlorella.

Multi-purpose pure clay,
April 09, 2007
From Washington
Chemical and toxic mold exposures left me with muscle pain and inflammation along with other debilitating symptoms. I could not tolerate the harsh sequestering agents like cholestyramine that my doctor ordered. Taking this clay internally, along with charcoal capsules, is a good alternative. I also use it in overnight external poultices to relieve pain.

Great for me,
March 01, 2008
By

I can't speak to its effectiveness because I'm not a doctor. It seems quite pure. To mix it in a large glass of water, I use a measuring spoon and shake it evenly across the top. I let that sink while stirring and shake another layer across the top. I drink it with a straw and keep stirring as I go. You really have to drink that water or you'll get backed up, if you know what I mean. If you drink enough water, hopefully, it will make you feel as refreshed as it does me.

Bentonite an excellent product,
September 24, 2008
By

I am allergic to psyllium fibers and needed a replacement. I have diverticulitis so it's necessary to have regular movemnets. The bentonite works very well. I have been using it for about 10 years with excellent results.
